Julia Lee Stander (born October 31, 1975) is an American actress. Her roles include Anne Steele in ''Buffy the Vampire Slayer'' (1997–1998) and ''Angel'' (2001–2004) and the title character in the cult comedy film ''Ophelia Learns to Swim'' (2001). She's also appeared in ''Charmed''. In 2006, Disneyland refurbished its Haunted Mansion attraction. For this project, Lee became the body of the character, Constance Hatchaway (voice by Kat Cressida).
